Pre-Vacuum

With a HEPA rated machine and move furniture if necessary. Approximately 70% of all carpet soils is dry therefore we thoroughly vacuum to remove debris and grime.

Spot Clean and Stain Treatment

Application of pre-spray. Specially formulated solutions are used to treat stained areas.

Agitation and Dwell

A rotary brush is used to loosen soil prior to the steam clean process.

DeoHot water extraction and rinse

Keeps your floors smelling fresh, removes odour and kills bacteria and fungi.

Post spotting

The next step in the process is carpet grooming. This also helps reset the pile and promotes faster drying times.

Neutralise, deodorise, groom
