Cleaning Process - Steps

Safety First

Prior to commencing the cleaning process we will isolate the power, protect and cover the electricals and secure a protective liner around the air conditioner.

We clean the filter/s and apply UNiQ Services exclusive cleaning products.

Uniq’s cleaning products are safe, environmentally sound, human and pet friendly. When used in conjunction with our UNiQ Services AirCon cleaning system the UNiQ products will penetrate the built-up oily and watery soils from cooking and air to remove dirt, dust, grime protect against bacteria and mould to prevent contamination that spreads germs and virus. A long lasting perfumed UNiQ Sanitiser is applied to the filter. You select the fragrance.

Pressure Cleaning

All the fins on the air conditioning unit are cleaned thoroughly under pressure to assist in removing the long term build-up of dirt, dust, grime and mould which then allows the air conditioning unit to cool far more effectively. A UNiQ Surface Sanitiser is applied.

Barrel fan pressure cleaning.

We inject pressure onto the barrel fan to effectively and safely release all the build-up of dirt, dust, grime and mould. A UNiQ Surface Sanitiser is applied.

Testing

The air conditioner is then tested to ensure it is functioning more efficiently than prior to the service.
