I have just used your company for the first time after seeing your advertisement, and my brother also recommended you to me. We have blinds throughout our whole double storey home and they have not had a decent clean in years - and it showed.
I was informed that a technician would come to our home and quote on the work and if we wanted to go ahead, you would take all the blinds down then and there; take them away to be cleaned, return and put them all back up again the same day. I loved the sound of that - blinds down, away, up and completed the same day - so I gave the go ahead. Monica mentioned full payment was required on completion of the job - I certainly don't have a problem with that. The good news is you take credit card and don't charge a surcharge.

I just wanted to let you know we are extremely happy with the whole job and process - from a friendly and informative Monica on the phone, to Carl who came out to our home to quote, who was friendly, professional, up front, honest and answered all my questions including what we would do to make sure the right blind goes onto the right window (yes, I now know you have systems in place so there is no mix up on which window for which blind - that was a relief for me to know that - I thought logically you would, but I never like to assume anything). Carl took all the blinds down and came back later that day to reinstall all of them. The blinds came back looking fabulously clean, a much better job than we could ever have done. I also mentioned to Carl that one large blind's pelmet's facia kept coming off intermittently, he fixed it with a simple solution of a couple of extra brackets.

We without a doubt have no hesitation in using your company again and we are very happy to refer you to others. I am taking the time to write to you as I know bad news always seems to travel quickly but good news is not always forthcoming, and I am a person who will always tell you the truth, good or bad and always give someone a pat on the back when it is deserved - job well done!
